Speaker liaison

A single named point of contact for a speaker, guest, or performer, covering everything from the invitation through to the moment they walk off stage: schedule, arrival, tech needs, what to bring, who meets them at the door. The function exists to close a specific gap. When a guest is handled by whoever is free, details fall between two people who each assumed the other had it, and the guest experiences an event that feels disorganized before it has even started. One liaison can carry several guests. What matters is that each guest has exactly one.
