Run of show

The minute-by-minute schedule of the event: every segment with its start and end time, duration, owner, location, and any cues it depends on. On show day it is the master document everyone works from, the event world’s equivalent of a call sheet and shooting schedule combined. Usually built in a spreadsheet. At production scale it gets a stripped-down technical companion, the cue sheet, which you’ll meet in Lesson 2.6.
